These terms govern use of SportsByKez Uploader. By connecting an account or using the uploader, you agree to these terms.

Purpose

The uploader helps authenticated creators review publishing settings and transfer creator-selected sports media to connected platforms. Platform availability and processing remain controlled by those platforms.

Your account and authorization

You must use an account you are authorized to control, keep credentials secure and review the selected account and settings before approving a publishing action. You may revoke access through the connected platform.

Your content

You retain rights in your content. You must have all permissions needed to upload and publish it, including rights relating to video, audio, trademarks, privacy and publicity. You must follow the connected platform's rules and applicable law.

Prohibited use

You may not use the uploader to distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful or unauthorized content; interfere with platform security; misrepresent an account; or evade platform limits and review requirements.

Third-party platforms

TikTok and other connected services are independent third parties. Their terms, availability, moderation, visibility rules, rate limits and decisions apply. SportsByKez does not control those services.

No guarantee

The uploader is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every transfer, processing step or publication will succeed or remain available.

Suspension and changes

Access may be limited or stopped to protect accounts, comply with law or platform requirements, or address misuse. Features and these terms may change as the uploader develops.
