This policy explains how SportsByKez Uploader handles information when a creator connects a platform account and publishes content.

Information we process

The uploader may process account identifiers, display names, authorization tokens, selected video files, captions, hashtags, privacy choices, interaction settings and technical publishing receipts. It only accesses information authorized through the connected platform.

How we use information

Information is used to authenticate the creator, show the connected account, validate publishing options, transfer creator-selected media, check publishing status and prevent unintended duplicate actions.

Storage and retention

The current desktop uploader stores credentials and publishing records locally under the creator's control. Information is retained only as needed to keep the connection working, maintain publishing receipts or meet legal obligations. A creator can revoke platform access and request deletion.

Sharing

Creator-selected information and media are sent to the platform the creator chooses, such as TikTok, according to that platform's terms and privacy policy. SportsByKez does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect credentials and publishing data. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may disconnect the uploader through the connected platform, stop using it, or request access, correction or deletion of information associated with the uploader. Rights may vary by location.

Children

The uploader is not directed to children and is intended only for creators who are eligible to use the connected platforms and authorize publishing access.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the uploader or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated.
